Most in-stock orders ship the next business day unless otherwise specified by Swab-its® / Super Brush LLC.

USA Shipping Options

Free shipping options may ship by USPS Ground Advantage, USPS First-Class Mail where available, or UPS Ground, depending on package size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

We also offer UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS shipping options with real-time shipping rates when available at checkout.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Swab-its® / Super Brush LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other fees that may be levied by your government or carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and pay any applicable import charges before placing an order. Duties and taxes are typically due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

International packages may ship by USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on destination, package size, service availability, and selected shipping method.

Refused or Returned International Packages

If an international package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to the United States, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping costs, taxes, customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, and any related carrier charges to and from the destination country.

These charges may exceed the original cost of the goods shipped. A store credit may be issued only after Swab-its® / Super Brush LLC has satisfied all shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and related costs due, less a $20.00 service charge.

Carrier-Billed Duties or Taxes

If the carrier is unable to collect customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges at the time of delivery and Swab-its® / Super Brush LLC is billed for those charges, the customer remains responsible for payment.

Swab-its® / Super Brush LLC reserves the right to bill the customer for any such charges.

Large Orders, Case Orders & Specialty Items

Larger quantity orders, case orders, and specialty items may require additional processing time.

Some larger or specialty orders may take 4–6 weeks to ship from our Swab-its® / Super Brush LLC warehouse in Springfield, MA.
