Free shipping options will ship with USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground. We also offer UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS options which are available with real-time shipping rates. 

International Shipping, Duty & Tax Charges: 

Swab-its®/Super Brush LLC is not responsible for any Customs, Duties and Taxes that may be levied by your Government. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these charges prior to placing your order. In the event a package is refused and returned to the U.S. you will be responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, customs and duties to and from your country. Many times these charges exceed the original cost of goods shipped. A store credit will be issued only after Swab-its®/Super Brush LLC., satisfies all Shipping Charges, Customs, Duties and Taxes due as well as a $20.00 service charge. In the event the Carrier is unable or does not collect Customs, Duties and Taxes due at the time of delivery and Swab-its/Super Brush LLC. is billed for these charges, we will bill your credit card without notice. All International packaged are shipped by USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS. Duties are due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow 7 days to return your purchase as long as the swabs are in NEW condition and are returned in its original packaging. Notes: Original packaging means heat-sealed packaging must not be opened, retail packaging must not be opened and swabs must not have been used.

All orders that are returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

How to return an order:

If you have an issue with an order - please contact our customer service team at customerservice@swab-its.com with your order number, name and issue with your order. A team member will contact you within one to two business days. You will need to have an RMA issued before you can send back your order to Swab-its. 

Please note that the shipping of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer and they need to be shipped to Swab-its • 800 Worcester Street • Springfield, MA 01151. You will also need to include your provided RMA number and the team member you spoke with.

Note 2: it may take up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

How to cancel an order:

Did you make an order by accident or place the wrong order. You can contact us with in hours of your purchase to cancel your order and we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us right away at customerservice@swab-its.com if you have an issue with your order.
