How to Clean a Wide-Format Printer with Swab-its

Customer Review of the Day: "When it comes to tools I can trust, I always rely on Swab-its Foam Swabs. The 71-4500 are perfect when I service and install wide-format inkjet printing equipment. Since the print heads are between $3,000 to $5,000 I want to make sure that the swabs I am using will not cause damage. I typically soak the swab in a UV flushing solution and clean ink from the surface of the printer head plate. Since the units I work on have 8-42 printer heads, I use one swab per color or per head. We ask our customers to clean heads daily with lint-free swabs to keep from the nozzle clogs and ensure a good print quality."
